Dubai Hosts Successful SOFT Conference 2025
The SOFT Conference 2025, held on 29–30 July in Dubai has reinforced the gulf nation’s position as a global hub for innovation, technology adoption, and sustainable economic development.
The two-day event served as a premier platform for advancing dialogue, showcasing groundbreaking innovations, and fostering cross-sector collaboration across the technology and digital economy landscape.
The Global Executive Director, Godwin Omage in a statement issued Tuesday said the conference concluded with resounding success, bringing together global leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, investors, and technology experts under one roof.
Speaking at the closing session, Omage said: “The SOFT Conference 2025 exceeded expectations, not only in attendance but also in the quality of discussions and the partnerships initiated.
“We are proud to have hosted an event that strengthens Dubai’s role as a bridge between technology, business, and investment opportunities worldwide.”
The conference objectives were: Advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); Facilitate public-private collaboration; Showcase innovative solutions from Africa to the world and to unlock investment and funding opportunities
The statement added: “With hundreds of delegates from across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe, the SOFT Conference highlighted the latest trends in artificial intelligence, FinTech, blockchain, cloud solutions, digital transformation, and sustainable technologies.
“The event featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, startup showcases, and networking sessions designed to spark new business opportunities and partnerships.
“Renowned industry experts shared insights on the future of AI and the role of digital infrastructure in driving economic growth.”
The event provided a platform for meaningful connections among SMEs, corporates, government representatives, and international delegations.
