BAT’s Odiri Erewa-Meggison Named among 2025 Empower Executive Role Models

The Director, Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at BAT West and Central Africa,
Odiri Erewa-Meggison, has been named to the prestigious 2025 Empower Executive Role Model List, supported by YouTube and compiled by INvolve, a global network driving inclusion and diversity in business.

The annual list recognises senior executives across the globe who are championing workplace equity and creating environments where people of colour can thrive. Odiri’s inclusion highlights her longstanding leadership in embedding inclusive practices, advancing diverse talent, and shaping progressive policies, both within BAT and across the wider business landscape.

At BAT, Odiri has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s sustainability agenda while spearheading impactful stakeholder collaborations across West and Central Africa. Her work has directly supported BAT Nigeria’s efforts to institutionalise inclusive leadership through initiatives in mentorship, equitable representation, leadership development, and talent acceleration.
