Retrust Microfinance Bank Set to Launch with Partners in Lagos

Retrust Microfinance Bank is poised to redefine financial empowerment and community-driven banking with its official launch, scheduled to take place in Lagos on Thursday, July 18, 2025, in partnership with key stakeholders.
In a bold move to simplify, accelerate, and transform banking, the bank is set to unveil its brand identity, purpose, and partnership-led roadmap to the public.
Although Retrust MFB has been fully operational for some months, this highly anticipated event marks the formal unveiling of the bank’s mission to empower everyday Nigerians with smarter tools for saving, borrowing, and transacting. The launch is expected to draw stakeholders from across the finance, technology, education, media, and creative industries, all united by a shared vision for a more inclusive and accessible financial future.
The event will showcase some of the bank’s flagship products, including NORA Target Savings, a structured savings plan for goals; Nano Loans, fast and paperless microloans; SME Loans, growth-focused business loans; EduAssure Loans, school fees support; and Agent and POS Banking Services, designed to provide community-level access to banking services. Additionally, the event will feature the official unveiling of the Retrust Mobile App and Card Services, designed to deliver seamless, secure, and smart banking experiences to customers anytime, anywhere.
According to Mr. Oladimeji Babatunde, the Managing Director of Retrust Microfinance Bank, the launch with partners will unveil the special milestones attained in the last few months of operation. He noted that “the event will also serve as a call to action, for partners, creators, agents, and young Nigerians who are ready to build a new seamless financial future”.
