New Benita Onyiuke Movie, Art of Forgiveness got fans all up in their feelings

In the Art of Forgiveness, Victory (Benita Onyiuke) begins the movie broken, literally breaking down by the roadside. She is sinking under the guilt of one too many deaths, such contrast from the composed roommate she becomes when we she gets home. A tender movie, Art of Forgiveness does what good movies do best; create for us a world at once relatable and wonderful.

Victory’s interest in Danny (Michael Dappa) is a breath holding recreation of the eternal true love plot, yet the movie finds uses for love beyond conventional cinema romance. Love, as the movie teaches us, can be the most powerful force in the world, and a portion of true healing.

Art of Forgiveness exudes potent storytelling. It is comic when it should be, serious when the time comes. Scenes are evenly paced and the immersive is complete from curtain to end credits.

The 2 hour feature flick shines as a gem of Nollywood storytelling, its attention to the intricacies of filming such as well placed dialogue and continuity also reflects its fingers on the pulse of its audience. In the words of a number of them who made it to the first showing on Youtube;

One of the fans wrote from @Oluomachifaithful: “This movie is 10/10. Micheal is a born actor. Mama, your productions are top notch.”

Gushing about the movie @graciousagbede8870 said I wasn’t going to comment till I finished but I had to, who won’t like B’Nit productions? The cast, the productions, the aura. They make everything look true and real. I’m in awe right now, give them their flowers, please.

From kid actor to adult actor, Benita kept waxing strong in her acting and movie producing with good make-believe films despite being a mother.
