Redefining Preventative Health in UK: Gary Andrew Rhodes Launches Flagship Clinic

In 2012, Gary Andrew Rhodes made a bold investment that would lay the foundation for a movement. He opened the UK’s first osteogenic loading centre outside of the United States—bringing the breakthrough Biodensity technology to Leeds, West Yorkshire, at Bridgewater Place.

It was there that Rhodes, inspired by his grandmother’s reversal of osteoporosis, introduced not only her but countless others to the power of safe skeletal loading. “We had queues of people—grandmothers, athletes, everyday individuals—all seeking strength, balance, and real transformation,” he recalls.

Now, over a decade later, Gary Andrew Rhodes has launched a 4,000-square-foot flagship clinic dedicated to muscle and bone health, marking a major milestone in his commitment to proactive, data-driven care.

Having spent the past 10 years traveling globally and collaborating with leading experts, Rhodes returned to the UK with a vision: to build a blueprint for the future of healthcare—one that prioritizes prevention, diagnostics, and community.

“What we have now is a disease-care system that’s reactive,” says Rhodes. “We need healthcare that identifies root causes, not just symptoms—and gives people solutions under one roof.”

The new centre features:
• Three consulting rooms with a functional medicine team
• A screening department using radiation-free bone health diagnostics
• A dedicated Biodensity and Power Plate division for skeletal loading and neuromuscular training
• A unique on-site café called COFFEE Strong, designed to build community and spark weekly health conversations between doctors and the public

By integrating clinical excellence with an elevated, spa-like environment, Rhodes aims to create what he calls “the Four Seasons of Healthcare”—a place where comfort meets cutting-edge science.

Importantly, this isn’t just about aesthetics. “It’s about driving outcomes with data,” Rhodes explains. Whether reversing osteoporosis, enhancing performance in elite athletes, or offering early liver and heart health screenings, the focus is results.

“Awareness is important, but it’s not enough,” Rhodes says. “We need a space where people can go from education to execution—from knowing to healing.”

With personal investment, global insights, and unwavering purpose, Gary Andrew Rhodes is not just reshaping care—he’s rebuilding the model from the bones out.
