Capital City Development Limited Rewards 20 Top Sales Partners with All-Expenses-Paid Trip to Qatar

In a remarkable show of appreciation for excellence and commitment, Capital City Development Limited (CCDL), an indigenous real estate development company, has sponsored 20 of its Executive Sales Partners on an all-expenses-paid trip to Qatar. The trip is part of CCDL’s ongoing initiative to reward exceptional performance and foster global exposure for its team.
Speaking on the vision behind the reward, CCDL’s Managing Director, Uche Arunsi Kalu, emphasized the company’s long-standing commitment to recognizing hard work and inspiring growth.
“At CCDL, we don’t just build homes, we build people. This Qatar trip is a continuation of our tradition of rewarding high-performing team members and exposing them to global opportunities that renew their energy, broaden their perspectives, and empower them to do more,” he stated.
Between 2019 and 2022, CCDL sponsored 57 realtors on similar international trips to Dubai. Now in 2025, with over 40 partners qualifying through their performance between 2023 and 2024, the Qatar experience marks a new chapter in the company’s reward journey.
“We see these initiatives not just as incentives, but as strategic investments into our people. They return with more than memories, they return with motivation, insight, and a renewed commitment to excellence,” the MD added.
For many participants, the trip is a dream come true and a powerful testament to the company’s culture of merit and appreciation.
“This is life-changing,” said Mabel Okoro, one of the beneficiaries. “To be recognised and rewarded this way makes all the effort worthwhile. I encourage my fellow sales partners to push harder, it’s truly real and rewarding.”
Another beneficiary, Peace Ugorji, expressed her deep gratitude, “The leadership’s thoughtfulness in giving us this opportunity is inspiring. It shows that our work is seen and valued.”
CCDL, which also operates in project design, management, and construction, continues to expand its footprint across Nigeria with a vision of solving housing challenges through ethical and creative real estate solutions. The company sees experiences like these as part of a bigger goal, building a resilient, well-motivated team that can drive its strategic objectives both locally and internationally.
