Ewuzie Honoured with Honorary Doctorate for Transformative Impact on Nigeria’s Real Estate Sector

In a momentous ceremony held by the prestigious European-American University, Ebuka I. Ewuzie, Chief Executive Officer of Bukasin Unique Services, was conferred with an Honorary Doctor of Science (D.Sc) degree in Real Estate Development and Corporate Governance.
The award recognizes his outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s real estate industry, his commitment to corporate excellence, and his tireless efforts in promoting land ownership among Nigerians.
The conferment ceremony, which took place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, brought together an esteemed audience of academics, business leaders, and international dignitaries.


Ewuzie’s recognition was celebrated as a testament to his trailblazing work in building trust, transparency, and innovation in the Nigerian property landscape.


Delivering the honorary degree, Professor Josephine Chinjioma Egbuta, Vice Chancellor of the European-American University, praised Ewuzie’s visionary leadership and ethical business practices.
“The Senate and Award Committee has found Dr. Ewuzie deserving of this honour for his transformative impact on real estate development and governance in Nigeria,” she stated.


Dr. Ewuzie, who has led Bukasin Unique Services to become a household name in real estate, expressed deep gratitude for the recognition.


“This honour is deeply humbling. It’s not just a recognition of my efforts but a call to do more — to raise standards in the real estate industry, to continue empowering everyday Nigerians, and to contribute to national development through sustainable housing and land accessibility,” he said.
