Accolades As Chief Udechukwu (Omemma Ojoto) Honoured At Sun Newspaper Award

A leading national newspaper, the Sun has conferred on the Chairman of Roxbury Leisture Homes Ltd, Chief Emmanuel Udechukwu ( Omemma Ojoto) the award of Investor of the Year 2024.

He was among prominent Nigerians honoured at a colourful ceremony during the Sun Newspaper Award Night held in Lagos, a recognition aimed at encouraging those who have made significant contributions towards the country’s development.

Roxbury Leisure Homes Limited, a subsidiary of SDD Realtors, is a real estate company established in 2008 with a mission to develop well-designed, competitively priced residential and commercial properties in Nigeria.

Over the years, it has provided exquisite, comfortable, and luxurious modern homes with high-quality infrastructure for Nigerian families, helping in fulfilling their dreams of owning comfortable homes.

Chief Udechukwu was honoured along with notable individuals, including Sokoto state governor, Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto, who was conferred with the prestigious ‘Sun Newspaper Best Governor of The Year Award’.

Also during the occasion, APC leader in Sokoto State Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, represented by Minister for State Works Barrister Bello Goronyo was conferred with ‘The Sun Newspaper Lifetime Achievement Award’ by the APC National Chairman.

Chief Udechukwu in his acceptance speech thanked the editorial board of Sun Newspaper for finding him worthy of the recognition of the award, saying it serves a motivation to doing more.

He said as an organization, the Roxbury Leisture Homes Ltd will continue to be at forefront in providing decent and affordable homes to the Nigerian populace and improve their living standards.
