Terhemba Tsepav champions youth development through Jumpstart Initiative, Cruz Wise Academy

The city of Makurdi recently yet again witnessed a transformative event on March 8 as young professionals and business owners gathered for Jumpstart 2025, a groundbreaking initiative spearheaded by Terhemba Tsepav.

Since its first edition in 2023, Jumpstart has been a beacon of empowerment, impacting hundreds of young professionals and business owners annually. This third edition featured insightful sessions led by the guest speakers Prof. Timothy Alabar and Arc. Dr. Nguvan Kyenge and other industry experts with interactive discussions, and practical strategies tailored for career advancement and business growth. Participants shared inspiring testimonies of how Jumpstart has helped them gain clarity, build professional relationships, and set actionable goals.

Beyond Jumpstart, Terhemba Tsepav is driving innovation in accounting education through his EdTech startup, Cruz Wise Academy. Focused on bridging the knowledge gap for accountants and finance professionals, the academy provides cutting-edge training, mentorship, and digital learning opportunities that enhance career progression and financial literacy.
