Bode Maxwell-Akinyemi Hosts “30 Leaders, 30 Days”, with Onakoya, Fosudo, Others, Marks 30th Birthday

In a remarkable effort to celebrate his 30th birthday with impact, Olabode ‘Bode’ Maxwell-Akinyemi, Founder and CEO of Font Hall, is set to host a month-long inspirational series titled “30 Leaders, 30 Days” on Instagram Live. From March to April, 2025, he will engage in conversations with 30 of Africa’s most accomplished young leaders, including Tunde Onakoya (Founder, Chess in Slums), Fisayo Fosudo (Renowned Youtuber, Tech & Business Storyteller), Dr. Hakeem Onasanya (Director of Operations, The Tony Elumelu Foundation) Seun Olagunju-Lana (Founder, The Development School Africa), Ayobami Bamisaiye (Consultant, Mckinsey & Company), Emeka Nwagbaraocha (Nollywood Actor), Kayode Jnr. Ojuolape (Nollywood Actor), Temilade Adelakun (Ex-Google), Tolulope Makinwa (Founder, Muazu Africa), Precious Eniayekan (Founder, The Stellar Initiative), Damilare Fakorede (Managing Partner, aiNova Africa), Gbemisola Alonge (Founder, Nourish Box), Osetohame Matthew (Business Analyst, Transportify UK), Hakeem Akiode (Head of Growth/Marketing, Youverify), Adeola Owosho (Co-Founder, Midddleman), Omowunmi Samson (Business/Tech Executive), Olajumoke Ayeni (CEO, MyBabesNG) and 13 other industry leaders.

The initiative is designed to inspire and empower young Africans aged 15 to 29 by sharing real-life stories of resilience, career breakthroughs, and impact. With an expected audience of over 100 young and aspiring professionals, these live sessions will provide practical insights, mentorship, and motivation for the next generation to pursue their dreams.

In addition to this, Maxwell-Akinyemi through his BMA Foundation, is sponsoring 30 young Africans to learn in-demand tech skills, ensuring that the event leaves a lasting impact. These selected individuals will gain access to industry-standard training, mentorship, and career support, equipping them for the digital economy.

“Turning 30 is a significant milestone, and I wanted to celebrate it in a way that truly gives back,” said Maxwell-Akinyemi. “This initiative is not just about conversations—it’s about igniting possibilities for young Africans, showing them that success is achievable regardless of their background.”

The conversations from “30 Leaders, 30 Days” will also be featured in Maxwell-Akinyemi’s upcoming book, further cementing the project’s impact beyond social media.

A tri-sector and multi-award-winning leader in technology education, social entrepreneurship, and talent development, Maxwell-Akinyemi has helped over 25,000 young Africans transition into technology. He is the Founder of Font Hall, a fast-growing tech talent accelerator bridging Africa’s digital skills gap. He also serves as President of Junior Achievement Nigeria Alumni, a Climate Reality Leader under former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, Ex-General Secretary of Lagos Hub and Founding Curator of Osun Hub of WEF Global Shapers Community, and a Carrington Youth Fellow of the U.S. Government in Nigeria and is an alum of the prestigious Lagos Business School.

As a budding Actor/Filmmaker, he is an Alum of the Kunle Afolayan Production Film and Television Academy in partnership with the French Embassy in Nigeria. Bode debuted as the Lead Actor in the short film – PhotoShoot, a modern-day drama.

Maxwell-Akinyemi has received numerous accolades, including recognition from Junior Chambers International (JCI) Nigeria as a 2023 Ten Outstanding Young Person, TEDx — as a Speaker and Licensee, the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, and BoomStartup Accelerator, USA.
