Adebiyi Odunayo Inducted As ISD Vice Chairman in Abuja

The NICON Luxury Hotel in Abuja witnessed a historic moment as the International Society of Diplomats (ISD) hosted its inaugural assembly in Nigeria.

With the theme “Diplomacy and International Cooperation: Pivotal to Sustainable Peace and Development,” the event highlighted the indispensable role of diplomacy in fostering global progress.

Among the distinguished honorees was Ambassador Adebiyi Odunayo, a trailblazer in digital innovation and architectural excellence, who was appointed Vice Chairman of the Committee on Technological Evolution.

Speaking about the milestone, he said, “This honour is a call to serve, a responsibility to drive innovation and bridge technological gaps for sustainable development.”

Indeed, Odunayo’s journey is one of innovation, leadership, and impact. In July 2024, he was conferred an Honourary Doctorate in Business Administration by Irsbaccom University in Benin Republic, recognising his contributions to digital transformation and his architectural achievements across West Africa.

An alumnus of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Odunayo graduated with distinction in Architecture, earning a B.Tech in 2017.

As the founder of Great Elite Design Architects (GEDarchitect), he has redefined the architectural landscape by delivering cutting-edge residential and commercial solutions.

Beyond architecture, his entrepreneurial spirit led to the creation of HaggleX, a blockchain-based financial platform that has attracted global recognition.

Reflecting on his journey, he reminisced, “My passion for creating innovative solutions is driven by a desire to leave a lasting impact on communities and businesses worldwide.”

Odunayo’s leadership journey began during his academic years as Class Governor, Electoral Chairman, and Drama Coordinator.

His influence extended to hosting a campus TV show, demonstrating his dynamic personality.

His contributions to community development have earned him honorary membership in the Nigerian Army’s Military Mess; he was known for balancing professional success with personal fulfillment.

Odunayo shared the stage with other distinguished honourees, including Dr. William Odion, youth advocate Dayo Israel, popular Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh, and financial expert Dr. Daniel Omofoman.

Prominent figures like the Minister of the FCT, Nyesom Wike, and business magnate Aliko Dangote graced the occasion.
