2025: Remain Hopeful For Brighter, Better Future — Ramatu Aliyu Urges Nigerians

As the new year begins, Zinariyan Lokoja, Dr Ramatu Aliyu Tijjani has urged Kogites and Nigerians in general to remain steadfast and hopeful for a better Nigeria.

Aliyu who acknowledged the challenges of the previous year in a new year message, commended Nigerians for staying put through the ups and downs.

She stressed the need for peace and unity, telling Nigerians to shun actions that are capable of causing chaos.

She said: “Dear Kogites, as we bid farewell to the outgoing year and welcome a new one, I want to start by expressing my deepest gratitude to the Almighty for seeing us through the challenges of the past year. Despite the challenges and difficulties, whether man-made or natural, that many of our people have faced, we remain a resilient and strong people.

“I acknowledge that the previous year was indeed a trying time for our nation as a whole, but I urge you all to remain patient, steadfast and committed to the values of peace, unity, and oneness. Let us reject the divisive tendencies of strife and conflict and, instead, work towards building a more harmonious and inclusive society.”

The Kogi Princess however expressed confidence in the governments of President Bola Tinubu and Usman Ododo, adding that their administrations would make things better.

“As we look to the future, I want to urge us all to keep faith with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, and together we can achieve that promise of a better Nigeria. The administration of His Excellency, Governor Usman Ododo in the State is also committed to putting a smile on your faces, and I have no doubt that together, we will overcome our current challenges and emerge stronger and more prosperous.

“I therefore enjoin us to enter this new year with faith, hope, and optimism. Let us work together to build a brighter future for ourselves, our children, our State, and our beloved nation,” she added.
