Amejuma Ebule on Advancing AI-Driven Transformation in UK Digital Health Sector

By Salami Adeyinka

The Founder of Neurocare Predict Ltd, Amejuma Ebule has established his name as an intentional contributor to AI-driven transformation in the United Kingdom’s health and social care landscape.

The Manchester-based business analyst and AI engineer, currently at VC Consulting Services Ltd, has been instrumental in designing solutions that bridge the gap between technological innovation and real-world care delivery.

With over eight years of experience spanning healthcare, social care, fintech, utilities, nonprofit, and consulting sectors, Ebule combines strong technical expertise with strategic business insight.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Lagos State University and earned an MSc in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the University of Huddersfield in 2021, where he received the Business Intelligence and Analytics Award in recognition of academic excellence. During this period, he also pursued certifications in DevOps, Agile practice, and Scrum methodologies, further strengthening his ability to deliver data-driven transformation.

Throughout 2022, Ebule focused on enhancing community-based care and workforce training services, working with care providers and frontline professionals to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and quality outcomes.

During this time, he also conceptualised CareConnect AI, an integrated platform combining AI-enabled mental health triage with workforce training. By 2023, his contributions at Calmliving Healthcare Ltd earned him the Employee of the Year award, highlighting his impact in improving service delivery and workforce readiness.

Reflecting on his work, Ebule explains, “Working closely with service users and frontline professionals exposed how delays in mental health support and inconsistent workforce training directly affect outcomes.”

He emphasised that translating AI-driven solutions into safe and ethically sound systems requires careful design, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.

Ebule continues to advance responsible AI adoption within the care sector, guided by his philosophy to ground innovation in real practice and measure success by meaningful impact rather than scale alone.

Through Neurocare Predict Ltd and his role at VC Consulting Services Ltd, he reaffirmed his commitment on developing scalable digital health solutions that enhance early mental health intervention while strengthening workforce capability, setting new benchmarks for ethical technology in community care.
