Uchenna Victor Moses has been recognised as one of the 100 Iconic Personalities of 2023 and honoured with the title of Iconic Fintech Innovator in Financial Services for his ongoing impact in AI advancement, cyber leadership, and digital financial inclusion across Africa.

This prestigious recognition highlights Victor’s exceptional contributions to reshaping how technology serves people, especially in regions where access to financial tools and secure digital infrastructure remains limited. His work bridges innovation and inclusion, blending technical expertise with a community-first mindset that has earned respect both locally and internationally.

Before relocating to the UK in 2022, Victor played a pivotal role in strengthening Nigeria’s financial services landscape. As Digital Project Manager at Xtratech- Xtrapay, he was instrumental in the platform’s national expansion. His leadership supported the rollout of secure digital payment services, contributing to enhanced system reliability and user trust. This helped position Xtrapay as a critical solution in connecting millions of underbanked Nigerians to the formal financial system.

Victor’s efforts went beyond infrastructure. He dedicated himself to initiatives focused on equipping everyday people with the tools to thrive in a digital economy. His involvement in community-driven digital literacy programmes empowered local entrepreneurs, especially those from marginalised backgrounds, to launch microbusinesses, access digital grants, and participate more confidently in an increasingly tech-led world.
