Osinbajo Presides over Weekly FEC Meeting

The weekly virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting is about now holding at the State House, Abuja with Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo presiding.
Osinbajo is standing in for President Muhammadu Buhari, who left Abuja Tuesday to join European and other African leaders, as well as heads of multilateral organisations at the 6th European Union-African Union Summit in Brussels, Belgium.
Those physically attending the FEC meeting, holding at the Council Chambers, are the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha; Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan, and eight ministers.
The ministers include those of Aviation, Hadi Sirika; Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed; Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed; Industry, Trade, and Investment, Niyi Adebayo; Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, and Agriculture, Mohammed Sabo Nanono.
Others are Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Zubairu Dada; and his Budget and National Planning counterpart, Clem Agba.
Other ministers are attending virtually from their various offices in Abuja.
