Buhari Swears in Sambo as Minister of State for Works and Housing

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday sworn in the new Taraba State member of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), Alhaji Muazu Sambo.

Sambo, who took his oath of office before the president at the Council Chambers at the State House, Abuja, was immediately assigned the Minister of State for Works and Housing portfolio.

The new minister, a Building Engineer, had earlier this week been confirmed as a minister-designate by the Senate after being screened by the upper legislative chamber.
