Group Introduces Schemes to Address 17.5m Housing Deficit

In order to close the huge housing deficit in Nigeria, which has been pegged to approximately 17.5 million, a group known as BSTAN Home Titan has flagged off three housing schemes which will cover every social strata of the economy.

The scheme, which included Traders Package, Metro Shelter and Home Titan has been classified to attend to the needs of low, medium, and high income earners who will be open to a span of seven years to complete payment based on preferred category.

The President and Group Managing Director of BSTAN Group, Dr. Becky Olubukola, stated this in Abuja during a press conference to unveil the schemes. He said interested individuals are expected to use the opportunity to have a decent accommodation and to also invest in their future by inviting 20 persons each and getting commission afterwards.

She said that unlike in the tradition of Ponzi schemes, BSTAN has structural offices, website and above all, has been registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and is known by the federal government to have been into legitimate housing businesses with a formidable track record of not less than 15 years.

She disclosed that the group has not less than 4,000 plots of land and building has commenced in 11 states while the other states will commence the scheme in January 2022.

“With BSTAN, you can own your home, a brand new house with just N2.5 million, N3.5 million and N5.5 million depending on the structure and place you go for in the entire 36 states of the federation.

“We have the traders scheme, which is for low income earners as we are aware of the minimum wage and other economic challenges, the metro shelter, which is for the medium class and is affordable and also for the home Titan category which is for the high income earners who can afford to pay for the kind of accommodation they so wish. You can apply and pay for seven years.

“Our materials are durable, waterproof, fireproof and also bullet proof. They have been tried and tested and have a life span of 90 and 100 years.

“The houses ranged from two to seven bedroom bungalows. While you are making payments to own a house, you can also at the same time see yourself as investing, making money and doing business by inviting family and friends to cease this opportunity and invest under your name” she said.
