RCCG’s Fresh Waters Conference Revs

A three-day women mentoring conference, Fresh Waters is set to run from October 8 to 10 in Lagos. Organised by the Flourishing Woman, a women group at the Redeemed Christian Church of God {Flourishing House Parish], the conference is aimed at touching lives positively.

The church cum foundation behind the initiative-The Flourishing House parish, RCCG will be 10 years in December 2021. In the past six years, the foundation has sought practical ways to empower women with a series of mentoring sessions.

“This programme came up when we began to see an inflow of young mothers in the church. It is beginning to grow and families are springing out of it so we decided to bond more and get to know one another. We are going to abide by the Covid-19 rules of the country. Lives will be touched by the various programmes that we have. We have sessions on entrepreneurship, financing, spiritual growth and personal development. They will be touched mentally and spiritually. It will be a platform for people to interact, to network,’’ the spokesperson for Flourishing Woman, Alero Omatseye-Anaba said.

Fresh Waters Conference is one-of-a-kind, all-inclusive event. It features sessions on professional growth, entrepreneurial growth, financial growth and empowerment. A handful of industry leaders will be speaking and fielding questions on business, relationship, finances, health and more. Although attendance is free, registration is compulsory. Many prizes would be won by participants through a raffle draw.

The programme is not limited to members of Redeemed Church but all women who desire a better quality of life and faith.
