D’Chriz drops 5-track EP ‘Fall From Heaven’

One year after after dropping his hit single ‘Bless The Boy’, the multi talented artist D’Chriz drops the long awaited EP ‘Fall From Heaven’ hot and fresh from the studio.

With 5 professionally mixed and mastered songs, filled with the creative genius and expressions of the artist D’Chriz, the EP drops today Friday 25th June 2021 on all platforms.

The 20 minutes long EP is made up of 5 tracks including ‘Miss Your Love’, ‘Don’t Worry’, ‘Healing’, ‘7Days’, and ‘BOG’.

According to his management: “D’Chriz has put in a lot of work into this EP, all in the hopes of reaching out and connecting with his fans through the messages he intends to send across through the Afrobeat sound we all love

The songs on the album are much more than just messages and intent to entertain or connect, they are literal reflections of D’Chriz’s reality in life and career.

The first song “Miss Your Love” is a beautiful and soulful rendition about a girl the singer cherished and loved, but could never have because she always had one reason or the other to leave him and her love forever eluded him .

The second song “Don’t Worry” is a song about the dilemma of a young man as he has to choose between going out to find ways to make ends meet or spend all his time with a partner who loves and adores his presence always.

“Healing” being the third song on the EP was inspired by his desire to make an ‘Amapiano’ sound to bless the ear drums of his fans and eventually, a beautiful sound mixed with lyrical magic was made.

The fourth song titled “7 Days” was born out of a time when the singer was in a dark space mentally and only the sound of what was to be created brought him out of that lonely and down moment.

“BOG” the fifth track on the EP was a result of a freestyle session where the producer came up with an incredible beat and naturally, a new sound was born.
