Cruxstone, LSDPC, SujiMoto, Others to Receive Nigerian Real Estate & Property Awards

Cruxstone Development, Crown Luxury Property, Bluehedge Realtor, LSDPC, Landwey Group, Sujimoto Construction Ltd among others will be honoured at the 2021 edition of the Nigerian Real Estate and Property Awards on May 2 at Oriental Hotel in Lagos.

The award night also aims to recognise real estate and property game changers who have made contributions to the development of the sector for the various roles they have played in boosting the economy and growth of the country.

Other recipients of the award include Novarick Homes & Properties; Landshop Ltd; Genesis Homes & Property Ltd; Echostone Nigeria Ltd; EUC Homes; Crovation Ltd; Global Property & Facilities International; Ilubirin Ltd; Veritasi Homes; Rural Homes Ltd; Odibola Properties Ltd; and Propertymart Real Estate & Investment Ltd.

The Nigerian Real Estate and Property Awards is an initiative of Emagez Solutions, partnering the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, Africa Development Bank, Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and Federal Housing Authority.

The Executive Director of Emagez Solutions, Mr. Uwabor Joshua, noted that winners of the Awards would have made excellent achievements and outstanding contributions to the Nigerian real estate and property developers within the Nigeria real estate industry under the year in review.

“The Nigerian Real Estate and Property Awards will bring together prominent real estate personalities, government official, regulators and other stakeholders,” he added.

The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola and the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu are special guests of honour.

The MD/CEO Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa; MD/CEO Federal Housing Authority of Nigeria (FHA), Gbenga Ashafa; Chairman, Senate Committee on Housing Sam Egwu are guests of honour.
