Police: $275m Items Seized from Properties Linked to ex-Malaysian PM

* Seized items include 423 watches, 567 handbags, 234 pairs of sunglasses

Malaysian police said on Wednesday the total value of jewelry, handbags, watches and other items seized from premises linked to former prime minister Najib Razak totaled nearly $275 million.
