Teniola Joins Detecon International
The President of the Association Telecoms Companies of Nigeria (ATCON), who also doubles as the CEO of IS Internet Solutions, Nigeria, a subsidiary of Dimension Data, Mr. Olusola Teniola, has stepped down as CEO of IS Internet Solutions, and will be joining Detecon International GmbH, the Management Consulting division of Deutsche Telekom. He will be joining the firm as a partner to set up its Nigerian representation with the intention to grow its West African business.
Teniola was part of the IS and Dimension Data Leadership team and member of the board of IS Internet Solutions chaired by Andile Ngcaba. He recently was elected the National President of ATCON and is a Member of the IPv6 Council and a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD) in London and Nigeria.
In a brief statement on his appointment, Philipp Zindler, the Managing Director of Detecon International CASA stated, “We are pleased to have secured his services and his experience at a time we look to further our investments in Africa, especially in the growing telecommunications market in Nigeria”. Teniola will start his new role at Detecon International on the 1st of September 2016.
