Tony Kolawole Aspire Emerges New Lagos State REDAN Chairman

As the Lagos State Chapter of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) enters a new dawn, Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire has emerged as new Chairman.

Having assumed the leadership of the State, Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire, joins other South-west zone elected 45 new executives into various positions across the six states in the zone, to run the affairs of its state chapters in the next four years.

Speaking to Journalists in Ibadan at the venue of the election, which was held on Tuesday, April 18, the Vice-President of REDAN,South-West Zone, Dr. Kunle Adeyemi, appreciated the peaceful conduct of the election by delegates.

Adeyemi who was in attendance to watch the process conducted under the supervision of the Real Estate Developers Electoral Committee(REDECO) chaired by Engr. Omololu Bolarinwa.

Congratulating Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire as the Chairman, REDAN Lagos Chapter and other State’s Chairmen, Adeyemi praised the spirit of sportsmanship displayed at the election.

He charged them to be more professional in their dealings in line with global standards and promote best practices and unity within the association.

Giving his acceptance speech, Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire, urged members that supported the transformation team to stand by the team for the next four years.

He noted that the transformation team would work assiduously to meet the expectation of every member and work across board within the sector.

According to him, “We and my transformation team are ready to hit the ground rolling, but we will not do this all alone. I solicit your constant and unwavering support as will take REDAN to the next level in the state.

“We equally understand the task ahead of us and we are committed and determined to ensure we deliver a transformative agenda to every member and to those that will join us later when they see the good things we are delivering. So, please stand by us and share your ideas when necessary as we embark on this journey of transformation together.”

Dr. Tony Kolawole Aspire is a seasoned and highly recognised real estate developer and entrepreneur, with key interests in real estate marketing, commercial real estate, real estate advisory and strategy as well as property development and investment.

He is the co-founder and president of Billionaire Realtors Group, Africa’s Biggest Real Estate Brokerage firm; he also doubles as the co-founder and CEO, Tribitat Real Estate Limited. Aspire is a member of London Real Estate Academy ( LREA).

In Ogun Chapter, Dr Adeyemi Adeniyi was elected the Chairman, while the position of the Vice Chairman was won by Engr. Eyitayo Oniwide.

For Oyo State, Dr. Muibi Kehinde Hammed is now the new Chairman, while Mr. Oluwaseun Owoseni is the Vice Chairman.

In Osun Chapter, Dr Adekunle Ibrahim Isreal emerged as the Chairman and Mr. David Abayomi Olabiyi won the seat of Vice Chairman.

While Hon. Olayato Aribo was elected as the Chairman of Ondo Chapter, while Architect Gbadebo Olamerun emerged as the Secretary.

In Ekiti Chapter, Hon. Tomiwa Fayose was elected as the Chairman.

The event ended up with celebrations and congratulatory messages, after presentation of certificate of return and taken the oath of office
