On the summer night of September 2nd 2023, 69 Entertainment set the stage ablaze with the electrifying Afro Audacity Live event at Catch-22 Lounge. The vibrant venue played host to an exceptional lineup featuring powerhouse performers and electrifying DJs that left the dance. The event, despite being its first edition, left the 300 attendees yearning for a repeat.
The night was guided by the charisma and wit of the hosts, YorubaBritish and SeyeBankz who added an extra layer of excitement, connecting seamlessly with the diverse audience. Their banter and rapport set the tone for a night filled with laughter and camaraderie.
The crowd was further immersed in the experience of Afro sounds that transcended borders. From Lucianne’s enchanting vocals to KizzyStayne’s magnetic stage presence, and the soulful music of Moore DH, as well as phenomenal performances from DecoSauve, Hoxxay, and Shijazz, each artist left an indelible mark on the audience.
The turntables were in expert hands, as DJs Chimex, Muwa, and JAY curated an unforgettable playlist, keeping the dance floor alive with a fusion of Afrobeats, Amapiano, Hip-Hop Reggae, Dancehall and global hits.
