Buhari in Closed-door Meeting with Turkish President Erdogan

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey who arrived Nigeria on Tuesday evening is presently holding bilateral talks with President Muhammadu Buhari at the State House, Abuja.

The two leaders, meeting behind closed-doors, are expected to consider about 24 agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU between the two nations.

Disclosing the visitation plans of the Turkish President Tuesday evening, in a statement, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu, also said Erdogan would be commissioning the Turkish Cultural Centre in Abuja later on Wednesday.
