Eleganza Industrial City Limited has supported the fight against COVID-19 in Nigeria with 50,000 essential items.
In a statement made available to THISDAY yesterday, the Chairman, Chief Rasaki Akanni Okoya said the gesture was to ensure that most vulnerable Nigerians get the resources needed to halt the pandemic in the country.
He said: “In this very difficult time of uncertainty, we must all do what we can to ensure the most vulnerable in society are able to get the resources they need.
“I am pleased to announce that we will be making a donation of 50,000 essential items to support medical services. These items are manufactured by our company,” he added.
Breaking down the items, he said these include 500 pieces of diamond armless chairs, 28,800 pieces of Eleganza care soap, 1152 medicated and antiseptic item, among others.
