Nigeria Confirms 5 New Cases of Coronavirus

Nigeria has confirmed five new cases of coronavirus, bringing the number of confirmed cases in the country to eight.

According to a tweet by the National Centre for Disease Control, all the five new case have a travel history to the United States and United Kingdom.

The confirmation is coming on the heels of a travel ban imposed on 13 high-risk countries by the federal government on Wednesday.
