*Says Omisore Remains the Best Candidate

Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olu Falae has said that the clamour for restructuring of Nigeria can only be realized under a Social Democratic Party (SDP) led government
Also Speaking on the candidature of Senator Iyiola Omisore for governor of Osun State, Falae said, the SDP candidate was the best candidate in the race adding that with Omisore, in government, Osun will get out of pains occasioned by bad governance.
Falae who is the National Chairman of SDP stated this in Osogbo at a mega rally to showcase the plan of the party to the people of Osun State.
The former SGF said, the restructuring of Nigeria was overdue adding that until something was done in that direction, peace and development could not be guaranteed in Nigeria.
Omisore who addressed the mammoth crowd shortly after he was presented to the electorate, said information at his party’s disposal revealed that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) had perfected plans to rig the September 22 governorship election.
While saying that his party will resist any attempt to rig the election, he charged the electorate to ensure that their votes count by monitoring the electoral process until the correct result is announced.
The SDP candidate gave assurance that the backlog of worker’s salaries being owed by the sitting government will be paid with dispatch, he said he would overhaul the education, health and agricultural sectors among others.
