General Overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement, Pastor Lazarus Muoka has encouraged Nigerians to keep praying fervently as this is one of the major act that will ensure peace in the nation. He said that the relative peace and unity being witnessed in Nigeria at the moment is as a result of the fervent prayers and supplications by members of the church of God. He said Nigeria would have been in a more tensed situation if prayers were not offered for God to intervene in the affairs of men.

Speaking at press conference on the forthcoming Lord’s Chosen two-day International crusade with the theme ‘…And the enemies submitted’, scheduled to hold from June 16 -17 2018 at the Lord’s Chosen Headquarters, Ijesha Lagos State, Muoka pointed out that the grace of God is what has been keeping Nigeria together, despite the plans of the enemies to wipe Nigerians away.

Muoka explained that those responsible for the various killings in the name of Boko Haram and herdsmen are enemies of Nigeria and do not want the country to experience peace. “I want to let you know that the enemies we are talking about be it devil, serpent and human agents, are the ones responsible for the killings, robbery, kidnapping, terrorism, stealing, afflictions of various kind, economic recession, poverty in the lives of the people. But, as we pray and bind the spirits, the people that come to the programme will have a relief. And they will have their way and be blessed, until Jesus comes.”

Muoka further stated that the programme which comes once in two years is meant to address the problems Nigerians and the entire world are going through at every point in time. “As we know, we are at the end-time. Last two years when the programme was held, we knew how God handled the affairs of Nigerians and the entire world. Meanwhile, the problems we are having in Nigeria and other parts of the world is not human, it is as a result of the end-time prophesy which says that in the last days, perilous time will come, dangerous and difficult times will come also. And, there will be an increase of iniquity.” The Cleric hinted that at the end of the programme, Nigerians will have a sigh of relief because the enemy must surely submit.
