Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has advised parents to pay attention to the discipline and moulding the character of their children, to enable them become responsible citizens capable of leading the country to greater heights.

Ganduje gave the advice on Monday during the 2018 International Children’s Day celebration at the Government House, Kano.

He said that his administration is resolute in providing security, health care and education for the children to complement parental efforts in making them responsible adults.

“This administration is committed to children’s education and their overall well-being, because they are the legacy of Kano,’’ he said.
