Property First Show to Tackle Real Estate Challenges

The management of Babsomo Communications, producers of ‘Property First Show’ has said the programme will continue to tackle the issues and challenges within the real estate industry.

To this end, the show is poised to minimise and eradicate the unethical practices within the industry. Seyi Adetu, one of the Executive producers of the show and a quantity surveyor, lamented that the industry is filled with miscreants and non-practitioners who have almost taken over the industry, milking undiscerning publics of their hard-earned money. He stated that the need to sensitise the public and also intimate them with professionals in the industry birthed Property First Show, adding, “Property First Show is taking giant steps forward and we will be partnering with as many professionals and companies in our quest to sanitise our industry.” Currently running on a weekly basis on TVC NEWS Nigeria, DSTV channel 418, Gotv 45, Star times 307, Playtv, BskyB UK, also live on tvnews.com at 8:30PM on Mondays and also on its social media platforms @propertyfirstshow, organisers said the show would be syndicated to all TV houses in the country very soon. “After about 35 educating, informative, and captivating episodes of Property First Show, we are poised to give the public the right information as it is happening in the real estate industry. We will showcase from time to time experts that will proffer solutions to topical issues as it affects the growth and progress of the industry.

We are open to collaborations from stakeholders and together we build an enviable sector for ourselves and the Nigerian populace”, said the executive director of Property First Show, Omotoke Balogun-Adetu. The director of the programme, Alex Edwin-Okon; said “We have designed the show in such a way that it touches every aspect of the industry. We are hopeful that more professionals will join forces with us to cleanse the industry.”
