Drumbeat of War in Ojukwu’s family

It seems there is no end in sight to the ‘war’ within the affluent and influential Ojukwu family.

Spyglass gathered that another trouble is rearing its ugly head in the famous family,

This  has nothing to do with the raging war between  Emeka Ojukwu Jnr. and the  late former Biafran warlord and billionaire, Dim Chukwuemeka Ojukwu’s widow, Bianca Ojukwu.

It was gathered that  some aggrieved members of the family who feel cheated over the property of the family’s scion,  the late Sir Louis Ojukwu, who died in 1966, have  instituted a suit before Justice Dennis Mmaduechesi  of the Awka High Court in Anambra State .

The complainants were said to be bitter over the sharing of the late businessman’s property.

Joined in the suit are Dr. Ike Ojukwu,  Lotenna Ojukwu and Dr. Joseph Ojukwu.

Our source hinted that the bone of contention was that they were arguing over their entitlement to 25 per cent of the share in the compound of their late  father at No. 73, Owerri Road, Umudim, Nnewi and a  25 per cent share of their father’s company, Ojukwu Transport Company.

They are also seeking  an order of the court compelling the defendants to account to the plaintiffs the management of the late Sir Louis Ojukwu’s property over the years.  In addition,  they prayed the court for the release of their father’s will.

The  case was adjourned to March 12, 2018 for pre-trial conference.
