The National Working Committee (NWC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) will meet with governors elected on the platform today in Abuja.
Coming ahead of the party National Executive Committee meeting scheduled for next week, Tuesday, the meeting is expected to consider a number issues including suggestions of dates for national convention.
THISDAY gathered that the NWC would also be seeking the support of the governors towards the campaign efforts of the party for the November 18, Anambra State governorship election.
A source at the party headquarters to THISDAY that the NWC hopes seek the support of the governors to raise money for the national convention.
Another issue that may likely feature during the meeting is the consideration of interim report of the APC restructuring committee.
At the last meeting with the governors, the APC leadership set up a nine-man restructuring committee headed by the Governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasiru el-Rufai.
