9mobile has again raised the bar of positive customer experience as the telecoms company hosted its esteemed customers in Enugu and its environs at the quarterly interactive feedback session, called 9mobile Customer Forum.
The 9mobile Customer Forum is an interactive feedback session aimed at engaging customers to deepen relationships. The session provides a platform for valuable engagement with customers through constructive feedback on their experiences from using various services and products on the 9mobile network.
In a related development, 9mobile has introduced the Moreflex Hybrid Premium Bundles, which is a prepaid package service that offers cost effective roaming experience to customers on voice, SMS and data services. The package is designed to allow subscribers use the flex bundles locally and when roaming in selected countries.
Speaking on the new package, Director, Consumer Segment, Adeolu Dairo, said: â€œThe new MoreFlex Hybrid Premium Bundles is in keeping with our promise to constantlyintroduce innovative solutions that break communication barriers for both our data and voice subscribers.â€
He added that the new package is a unique product that allows prepaid customers to enjoy roaming functionality while in selected roaming destinations. Dairo explained further that the hybrid bundles are also available to postpaid customers on Classic Hybrid and MoreBusiness Hybrid and such customers can purchase the bundles from their prepaid account.
Speaking at the Enugu customer forum, the Director, Brands and Experience, 9mobile, Elvis Ogiemwanye, restated that the key objective of the initiative was to receive constructive feedback from the customers, and that feedback received at previous sessions have enabled the company to come up with enhanced features and benefits on a number of 9mobile products and services.
According to Ogiemwanye: â€œThis is the third edition of the customer forum this year and I want to use this opportunity to thank everyone for coming. We are here for you to tell us what you want, and we will listen to you. We have enhanced some of our offerings and products such as â€˜You and Meâ€™ based on your suggestions.”
The Enugu State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Charles Ogbo Asogwa, commended 9mobile for empowering its customers to make input into the process of its product development through the customer forum initiative. He also commended the company for the quality of its products and services.
