Guinness Nigeria Plc. has held the grand finale of the 2017 edition of Guinness Cup. Guinness Cup is an employee competition that fosters team spirit and celebrates employeesâ€™ prowess in a range of sporting activities.
This yearâ€™s edition of the competition featured games such as:Â football, volleyball, scrabble, draughts and table tennis. The tournament began with preliminary games and culminated in a high-profile final which held at Agege stadium Lagos.
Speaking at the finals, Managing Director, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Mr. Peter Ndegwa, noted that Guinness Cup provided a unique opportunity for Guinness Nigeria employees to â€˜liveâ€™ the organisationâ€™s purpose â€“ â€œTo Celebrate Life Everyday Everywhereâ€.

Team Benin emerged overall winner of the football tournament beating the Lagos team to clinch the coveted trophy for the first time in three years.
