Ademola Oyefeso: Profile of a Visioner

All his life, Ademola Oyefeso, CEO,  New Genesis, has literally been worshipping at the temple of the god  of entertainment.

Indeed, many who know his exploits in the showbiz world will readily confirm  that the Staten Island, New York- based showbiz advocate has done so much for the  Nigerian entertainment world.

In the past years,  the Ikenne,  Ogun  State-born impresario fondly called “Alase” has used his promotional skill to popularise the music of a number of artistes,  including King Sunny Ade, Chief Ebenezer Obey,  the late Sikiru  Ayinde  Barrister,  K1 De  Ultimate,  Abass  Akande Obesere, Gen. Kollington Ayinla, Salawa Abeni, Lagbaja, the late Orlando Owoh, Adewale Ayuba, Abass Obesere and Kola Ogunkoya.

A man of the people,  Oyefeso is also busy promoting the cause of the Yoruba abroad. As president  of Egbe  Omo  Yoruba in New York,  he has demonstrated  a rare leadership quality,  which has endeared him to the hearts of the group’s members.  In his capacity, he has been  promoting peace and progress among the members.

He is recognised more for his efforts to put up an edifice fittingly named ‘Yoruba House’,  which has become a rendezvous for the Yoruba living in that part of the world
