I’m Ready to Meet any Customer on Fault Resolution, Says Gwamna

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Kano Electricity Distribution Plc (KEDCO) Dr Jamil Isyaku Gwamna, has reiterated his commitment to ensuring that the electricity needs of every customer on KEDCO network was swiftly attended to saying the company generates through them.

Gwamna stated this on Saturday when he received a delegation from the Nigerian Airforce led by Air Commodore Ibrahim Lawal, the Commandant, 339 Base Services Group, Kano, at the company’s head office in Kano.

He said, “I am willing to meet and listen to any of my customers irrespective of their status in order to help them resolve their electricity problems because they are the reason we are in business and for us they are kings.”

The KEDCO boss further stated that, “We consider customer intimacy and responsiveness an integral part of our daily operations, therefore, attending and addressing our customer’s plights on time have always been a top priority of our company.”
Gwamna, who disclosed that the company would not relent in its effort of carrying out routine maintenance on power installations located at the domain of all the military formations in KEDCO’s franchise area.

Earlier in his remarks, Air Commodore Lawal informed that they were at KEDCO head office to consolidate on the existing relationship already established by his predecessors.

The Air Commodore, who stressed the need for a symbiotic relationship between both institutions, commended KEDCO personnel for their prompt response to faults when informed
