Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has got a breather as his motion for the extension of an order restraining the Chief Judge of Abia State, the President Abia State Customary Court of Appeal and any other judicial officer from swearing in Mr. Uche Ogah as governor has been granted.
But the breather is only for 10 days as the order extends to 18th July, 2016.
The order was granted by the Abia State High Court in Osisioma.
