Buhari Welcomes Rescued Chibok Girl to State House, ‎Promises Her Best Care

President Muhammadu Buhari has said that the Federal Government ‎the rescued Chibok girl, Amina Ali, will get the best care that the Nigerian government can afford.

Speaking when the girl was brought to his office on Thursday at the Presidential Villa, Buhari said: “We will ensure that she gets the best medical, emotional and whatever care that she requires to get full recovery and be integrated into the society‎.”

Buhari who used the opportunity to assure the parents of the remaining missing girls that his government ‎would continue to do what it could to rescue the Chibok girls who were still in Boko Haram’s captivity, said: “Amina’s rescue gives us new hope‎ and offers a unique opportunity to vital information.”

He said that the Federal Government would be responsible for the continuation of Amina’s education which was abruptly disrupted.

Buhari has said that Amina must return back to school to complete her education after undergoing necessary medical attention to reintegrate her back into the society.

The president received the girl accompanied by her parents, Borno state governor, Kashim Shettima, Defence Minister, Mansur Dan Ali, and other dignitaries, who paid him a visit at the Presidential Villa. Amina was flown into Abuja by a Presidential Jet.

Buhari said that Amina would get the best of medical attention.
