Foreign Investors Commit to Investment in Grosvenors Place

…Lagos’s New Central Business Address

Sabreworks Real Estate Investment Limited, developer of Grosvenors Place, has confirmed the signing of an investment memorandum with a delegation of foreign investors who visited the site this week.

The visit and signing mark a major milestone for Grosvenors Place, described as the “Lagos Central Business Address. The development sits at the heart of the capital city, Ikeja – 100 Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos –and is designed to house some of the most premium businesses in Lagos. Plans for the commercial property include a spa, a lounge, an art gallery, a restaurant, gyms, and other lifestyle and commercial amenities under one address.

Grosvenors Place is positioned as more than an office building. It is a full commercial ecosystem, blending business, leisure, and lifestyle in one prime location. This mix is part of what drew the foreign delegation to commit to the project.

Fractional Ownership Through GCOS

To make investment in Grosvenors Place accessible to more people, Sabreworks Real Estate Investment Limited created the Grosvenors Collective Ownership Scheme (GCOS).

Under this scheme, five investors can pool resources to own a unit together. Each investor contributes a minimum of 20 million naira, and the group jointly owns 20 square metres of commercial space in the building.GCOS lowers the entry barrier into a premium commercial real estate investment. It allows everyday investors, not just large corporations, to hold a stake in a landmark address at the heart of Lagos.

Early Investors Already Guaranteed Rental Income

Investors who came in early are already positioned to earn returns. Several businesses are on a waiting list to lease space at Grosvenors Place once complete. This means early investors in the fractional ownership scheme are guaranteed of rental income (ROI) as soon as leasing begins.

Why This Matters Now

With foreign investors now signing on, Grosvenors Place is fast becoming one of the most sought-after commercial addresses in Nigeria. This level of international interest signals strong confidence in the project’s location, design, and long-term value. For prospective investors, the window to invest at current entry levels is narrowing.

Remarks by the MD

Speaking on the development, Segun Phillips, Managing Director of Sabreworks Real Estate Investment Limited, said: “Grosvenors Place was built to be the heartbeat of commercial life in Lagos. Seeing foreign investors sign on to this vision confirms what we have always known: this is a project of
real value.

“Through GCOS, we have made it possible for everyday Nigerians to own a piece of this landmark, not just big investors. Businesses are already waiting to lease space here, so early investors are already guaranteed returns. My advice to anyone watching from the sidelines is simple: do not wait. The best time to invest in Grosvenors Place is now.
