RecruitTech Expands Graduate Employability Initiative, Strengthens Talent Pipeline Ahead of Next Cohort
RecruitTech HR Solutions has announced the expansion of its flagship RecruitTech Graduate Employability Program (RGEP) following the successful completion of its first 2026 cohort, as the organisation prepares to commence a new intake aimed at equipping more young professionals with workplace-ready skills and connecting them with employment opportunities.
The announcement comes as RecruitTech continues to strengthen its commitment to addressing graduate employability in Nigeria by combining practical career development, industry mentorship, employer engagement, and talent placement into a structured workforce development initiative.
Over the past year, the programme has attracted more than 18,000 applications, trained over 5,000 graduates and early-career professionals, built an active alumni community, engaged 50+ industry partners, and facilitated employment opportunities across sectors including technology, human resources, finance, and retail.
As part of the programme’s continued evolution, graduates from the completed cohort have now been onboarded onto the RecruitTech Talent Platform, a growing digital talent network designed to connect employers with trained, screened, and workplace-ready professionals for internship and employment opportunities.
The first cohort concluded with the RGEP Talent Summit, which brought together employers, HR professionals, founders, business leaders, and career mentors to engage participants through keynote sessions, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and practical conversations around employability, leadership, workplace readiness, and career growth.
Speaking on the vision behind the initiative, Mayowa Ojo, Co-Founder of RecruitTech HR Solutions and Convener of the RGEP Talent Summit, said the organisation’s mission extends far beyond delivering training programmes.
“We believe graduate employability is one of the most important conversations shaping Nigeria’s future workforce. Our goal is not simply to train participants, but to build an ecosystem where young professionals gain practical workplace skills, employers gain access to better-prepared talent, and meaningful career opportunities are created through collaboration. Every cohort brings us closer to building a stronger talent pipeline for organizations across Nigeria.”
He explained that onboarding graduates onto the RecruitTech Talent Platform represents the next phase of the programme’s impact, enabling partner organisations and employers to engage with a growing pool of trained professionals beyond the classroom.
“The learning journey doesn’t end with graduation. Through our Talent Platform, graduates remain connected to career opportunities, while employers gain access to individuals who have been equipped with workplace competencies and exposed to industry expectations. This creates a more sustainable pathway from learning to employment.”
RecruitTech also confirmed that preparations are underway for the next cohort of the RecruitTech Graduate Employability Program, which will expand learning opportunities, deepen employer engagement, strengthen mentorship, and increase internship and graduate placement opportunities.
The organisation is inviting companies, development organisations, educational institutions, foundations, and ecosystem partners committed to youth development and workforce readiness to collaborate in expanding access to employability opportunities for Nigeria’s next generation of professionals.
Through the RecruitTech Graduate Employability Program, RecruitTech HR Solutions continues to champion practical workforce development initiatives that bridge the gap between education and employment while helping organisations build stronger pipelines of emerging talent.
