Mutual Benefits Partners with Hallmark on Employees’ Well Being

Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, is partnering with Hallmark Health Services Limited (Hallmark HMO), a subsidiary of Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc to promote employee wellbeing by hosting the Retail Aerobic Dance & Wellness Day 2026.

Mutual Benefit  said this is a vibrant initiative designed to promote healthy living, preventive healthcare and workplace wellness among its retail team.

Speaking at the event, Chief Retail Officer, Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Alexander Lawal, emphasised that employee wellbeing remained fundamental to the company’s long-term success. “Our people are our greatest asset. As an organisation that exists to provide security and peace of mind to millions of Nigerians, we recognise that this responsibility begins with caring for our own employees. The Retail Aerobic Dance & Wellness Day reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where our people are healthy, motivated, resilient and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our customers,” he said 

Also speaking on the significance of the event, Chief Executive Officer of Hallmark HMO,  Dr. (Mrs.) Dotun Adeogun, highlighted the importance of preventive healthcare in today’s workplace.

She advised that wellness should never be viewed as an occasional activity but as an essential part of everyday life.
