ITGOV to Drive Critical Conversations on Nigeria’s Digital Infrastructure

As Nigeria accelerates the implementation of key digital transformation initiatives, stakeholders from government and the technology sector will converge in Abuja next month for ITGOV 2026, a conference aimed at advancing discussions on the country’s digital public infrastructure agenda.

The annual IT Governance Conference, organised by Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited and powered by ManageEngine, will hold in Abuja, under the theme: “Building Nigeria’s Digital Public Infrastructure for Economic Growth, Security, and Governance Efficiency.”

Speaking ahead of the event, the Chief Executive Officer of Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited, Dr. Emmanuel Lare Ayoola, said the country has entered a decisive phase in its digital transformation journey.

“Nigeria’s digital infrastructure agenda is no longer theoretical. Institutions are making foundational decisions right now and the margin for misalignment is narrow. ITGOV 2026 exists to ensure that the people driving those decisions have the context, the peer engagement and the clarity of thinking that this moment demands,” he said.

The one-day programme will feature keynote addresses, fireside discussions and a panel session involving senior public sector officials, technology leaders and policy experts. Discussions are expected to focus on practical strategies for strengthening governance, enhancing security and improving service delivery through digital infrastructure.
