Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy Sets New Standard, Graduates Over 39 Students

Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy has once again reaffirmed its position as a leading institution in professional
real estate education with the successful graduation of Cohort 8 (April 2026 Set) at a colorful ceremony held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The graduation ceremony marked another milestone for the academy as 39 new professionals successfully
completed their training in real estate practice, property management, land documentation, sales strategy, and
investment opportunities.

The event attracted dignitaries, parents, industry stakeholders, and well-wishers who
came to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the graduating students.

Speaking during an interview, the Dean of Faculty of the academy described the graduation of Cohort 8 as a major step in the institution’s mission of raising competent professionals for Nigeria’s expanding real estate sector.

“Our vision is to continue producing highly trained, disciplined, and result-driven professionals who will
transform the real estate industry in Nigeria and beyond.

Today’s graduation of Cohort 8 (April 2026) is
proof of our commitment to excellence,” the Dean stated.

One of the graduating students, Mr. Darlington Obinwoh, while giving his testimony, praised the academy for its
quality training and mentorship.

“Port Harcourt Real Estate Academy is the best real estate school in Nigeria.

The practical knowledge, confidence, and exposure I gained here have prepared me for success in the industry,” he said.
