Zenytal Properties has announced an ambitious strategic roadmap for 2026, aimed at doubling its previous year’s performance through a new ‘Growth Blueprint’ centered on structure, speed, and integrity.

The announcement follows a landmark year in 2025, during which the organization built significant momentum and achieved a complete sell-out of one of its estates.

Speaking at a the firm’s 2026 annual conference held in partnership with Billionaires Realtors Group and speak Performer Business Network, the MD Zenytal Properties, Afolayan Abiodun, noted that this milestone serves as
‘proof of trust’ in the brand and its products.

He emphasized that the company acts as a “solution provider” dedicated to creating investor-grade real estate opportunities and structured wealth pathways. The firm’s stated goal is to become the premier “go-to home” for real estate business and investment opportunities.

To achieve this, he said that the company is expanding aggressively, with plans to unveil new opportunities in the coming months. These future projects are being designed with better documentation, stronger infrastructure plans, and higher investor upside to ensure faster market absorption.

In a significant strategic shift, acknowledge that Zenytal is also building a broader wealth ecosystem by deepening its involvement in agricultural investments. This includes a dedicated oil palm project, based on the philosophy that “land should not just be owned, it should produce”.

This move allows partners to connect clients to long-term, income-producing assets beyond traditional residential or commercial plots.
