Breaking Barriers: Nima Memorial Care Foundation to Champion Inclusion at Annual Lagos Event

In a renewed push for inclusive development, the Nima Memorial Care Foundation will host its Annual Symposium and Grand Ball Dinner on Sunday, March 22nd, at the prestigious Marriott Hotel, Lagos, spotlighting the rights and welfare of children with disabilities.

The signature event, themed “Empowering Every Child: Breaking Barriers for Children with Disabilities,” will open with a high-level symposium bringing together policymakers, social development experts, educators, and advocates committed to advancing inclusive education and equal opportunities.

Discussions will center on removing structural and societal barriers that hinder physically challenged children from reaching their full potential.

Funds raised during the event will support the Foundation’s programs focused on child welfare, healthcare interventions, empowerment initiatives, clean water projects, and orphanage support across Nigeria.

The evening will culminate in a Grand Ball Dinner featuring awards honoring outstanding individuals and organizations that have demonstrated dedication to advocacy and social impact for vulnerable communities.

Convened by respected journalist and social welfare advocate, Zainab Abdumalik Muhammed, the event pays tribute to the memory of Nimatallahi Fashipe and promises an inspiring blend of dialogue, celebration, networking, and entertainment.

Stakeholders, sponsors, and members of the public are encouraged to participate in shaping a more inclusive society.
