Puzzle Craft Unveils 2026 Strategy, Repositions as a Public Influence Firm

An Abuja-based public relations firm, Puzzle Craft PR & Communications, has unveiled its 2026 growth strategy, signalling a defining shift in its evolution and a clearer focus on influence, trust, and long-term reputation.

After executing strategic communications projects across finance, energy, healthcare, real estate and development sectors in 2025, the agency is repositioning as a Public Influence and Strategic Communications firm, serving organisations and leaders operating in high-impact and high-stakes environments.

The new direction was formally shared during a media briefing where journalists were engaged on the firm’s performance, outlook and strategic priorities for 2026.

For Founder and Lead Strategist, Beatrice Izeagbe Okpara, the decision reflects what she describes as a fundamental change in what leaders now require from communications.

“Organisations today are not just competing for attention; they are competing for trust. Our work at Puzzle Craft has grown beyond publicity. It is about helping leaders and institutions shape how they are perceived, understood and trusted over time,” Okpara said.

As part of its 2026 strategy, Puzzle Craft will anchor its work around four core pillars: Executive Influence, Institutional Trust, High-Growth Brands, and Political & Faith-Based Communications. These pillars will guide the firm’s advisory services, content development, media relations and stakeholder engagement throughout the year.

The firm also confirmed plans to activate its ARCON-approved Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising license, expanding its capacity to deliver large-scale public visibility for clients.

In addition, Puzzle Craft will incubate a Core Marketing and Market Access unit, aimed at helping selected organisations bridge the gap between awareness and real-world presence.

Positioning 2026 as a year of consolidation and scale, Puzzle Craft says its focus will be on deepening trust-based partnerships with organisations navigating complex public, regulatory and market environments.

“Our ambition is not to be the loudest. It is to be the most trusted partner behind leaders and institutions that must get it right,” Okpara added.
