Laolu Gbenjo Hosts Gratitude Concert

Renowned gospel artiste, Laolu Gbenjo, successfully hosted ‘Gratitude: The Concert’ in Lagos on December 29, 2025, drawing an enthusiastic audience for an evening of worship, praise, and thanksgiving.

The concert featured ministrations and performances from an impressive lineup of gospel ministers and musicians, including Chigozie Wisdom, Adeyinka Alaseyori, BeejaySax, BBO, Ibitayo Jeje, Kemisings, Akintayo, Dieko, and Laniyi MBL. Together, they delivered a spirit-filled experience marked by heartfelt worship, vibrant praise, and moments of deep reflection.

Speaking after the event, Gbenjo expressed profound appreciation to attendees and supporters for making the night memorable.

“Thank you so much for coming out to support our concert. Your presence, energy, and love made the event truly special. We’re grateful for every moment you stayed. Gratitude 2025 would have been nothing without you. Thank you, Ese Modupe,” he said.

And as it has gotten to its 3rd edition with last December’s showcase the event has gradually become a part of the Detty December line up of events. The concert got many from different parts of the world who came back to Nigeria in attendance as well as other Nigerians who have since come to look forward to the experience. 

The concert once again reinforced Gbenjo’s commitment to using music as a vehicle for thanksgiving and spiritual upliftment, leaving attendees inspired and expectant for future editions.
