PAAN EAC Member Oluwayemisi Bukola Joluwe Achieves ₦1bn Youth Empowerment Milestone

The Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network (PAAN) is proud to announce and celebrate a landmark achievement recorded under the visionary leadership and strategic influence of Her Excellency, Amb. (Chief) Oluwayemisi Bukola Joluwe, an esteemed Executive Advisory Council (EAC) Member of PAAN.

In a bold and people-centered initiative aimed at advancing inclusive economic growth, a ₦1 Billion Profit-Sharing Framework has been successfully launched to empower youths across Ekiti State. This initiative is designed to promote sustainable livelihoods, entrepreneurship, skills development, and shared prosperity among young people, particularly at the grassroots level.

Speaking on the initiative, PAAN described the milestone as a model of purpose-driven leadership, noting that Amb. (Chief) Oluwayemisi Bukola Joluwe has consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment to youth development, peacebuilding, and socio-economic inclusion. Her role in championing profit-sharing as a tool for empowerment reflects PAAN’s core values of peace through opportunity, equity, and participation.

The ₦1 Billion profit-sharing milestone is expected to:

Support youth-led enterprises and cooperatives

Encourage innovation and entrepreneurship

Reduce youth unemployment and restiveness

Strengthen economic participation and social stability in Ekiti State

PAAN believes that initiatives of this magnitude not only transform lives but also strengthen peace and development outcomes by giving young people a tangible stake in economic progress.

The Founder and President of PAAN, Amb. Kingsley Onuche, commended Amb. (Chief) Oluwayemisi Bukola Joluwe for her exemplary leadership, describing the achievement as “a clear demonstration that peacebuilding goes beyond dialogue—it must translate into economic empowerment and shared value for our youths.”
