Ambassador (Dr.) Alan Peter Adeboye Appointed as Special Envoy on Youth Affairs for the International Forum for Peace and Diplomacy

The International Forum for Peace and Diplomacy (IFPD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ambassador (Dr.) Alan Peter Adeboye as its Special Envoy on Youth Affairs, a strategic role aimed at strengthening youth engagement in peacebuilding, diplomacy, and sustainable development efforts globally.

Ambassador (Dr.) Adeboye is a distinguished youth advocate, diplomat, and thought leader with a proven commitment to youth empowerment, policy engagement, and international cooperation. His appointment underscores the Forum’s dedication to amplifying youth voices and integrating young people into decision-making processes that shape peace, security, and global diplomacy.

In his new role, Ambassador (Dr.) Adeboye will spearhead initiatives focused on youth inclusion in diplomatic dialogue, promote youth-led peace initiatives, and foster partnerships between governments, international organizations, and civil society to address challenges affecting young people worldwide. He will also represent the IFPD at high-level international engagements relating to youth, peace, and diplomacy.
